Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take? Our Standard UK Delivery typically arrives within 2–3 working days. We also offer Next Working Day Delivery at checkout for orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday).

Do you offer free delivery? Yes! We offer FREE Standard UK Delivery on all orders over £50.

Do you dispatch orders the same day? Yes. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day.

Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Do you ship internationally? At the moment, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. International shipping will be available soon.

Are your lashes suitable for beginners? Yes. Our collection is suitable for every level, from beginner lash artists to experienced professionals.

How should I store my adhesive? Store your adhesive upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. For the best performance, we recommend using it within 4–6 weeks of opening.

Are your products cruelty-free? Yes. We are committed to offering high-quality products that are cruelty-free and designed for professional lash artists.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do? Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible by arranging a replacement or refund.

When will I receive a reply? We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Messages received over the weekend or on Bank Holidays will be answered on the next working day.
